The meeting was attended by members of the Steering Committee, invited creators of technical documentation for activities planned within the project and employees of the Slowinski National Park. The role of the Committee is to act as an advisory and consultative body for the activities carried out in the project. In addition, the additional purpose of this body is to ensure transparency for the activities undertaken in the project and good communication with units represented by individual members of the Committee.

Due to advances in the preparation of technical documentation for renaturation and conservation of habitats covered by the project, topics related to discussing the technical assumptions of planned tasks were predominant on the agenda. The results of environmental monitoring at the stage before the execution of construction projects in the area and issues related to the planned investments were also presented.
