Every year, a group of students of the Faculty of Biology at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, chaired by Dr. Ryszard Piotrowicz, visits the Słowiński National Park during field classes. One of the topics discussed during the expedition are the water-crowfoot rivers, therefore also this year classes in the Łupawa river valley could not be missed.

On June 19, 2019, field activities began with a visit to a wooden bridge in Smołdzino. Although this is not the area of the Słowiński National Park yet, it is from this walking crossing over the Łupawa that you can see the water-crowfoots best. That is why, every year, the story about the nature of the water-crowfoot rivers begins, which, in botanical terms, the coordinator of the classes talks about, while we introduce hydrotechnical issues.

On August 3, 2019, in Czołpino, in the parking lot of the former military unit the 4th LIFENaturaSlowinskaPl Nature Fair took place. This year the Fair was held together with the 7th Ecological Family Picnic. There were many attractions waiting for visitors. During the festival from 10:00 to 14:00 visitors had 5 zones at their disposal.
